We have made this house a home away from home by providing plenty of extra amenities for your comfort and enjoyment including beach chairs and umbrellas for the grown-ups, games, books, and DVD’s for the children, as well as sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and furniture just their size. The park, the beach, the nature center, restaurants and shops are just a short walk away, so you can leave your car in the 3-car driveway or park it on the wide safe, sidewalk-lined street in front of the house. With three spaciously appointed bedrooms complete with coordinating beach-themed wall-coverings, fresh pillows, blankets and hand-stitched decor, as well as three full baths, a living room, family room, and a renovated enclosed porch with cushioned rocking chairs, this house is perfect for the family that wants to spread out. Why not invite the grandparents to join you? Comfy patio furniture and a wonderful gas grill with all of the grilling tools and accessories you need, make outdoor dining a delight. A flagstone patio out front with bistro table and chairs is the perfect spot for that morning cup of coffee. A full size washer and dryer as well as an outside shower and clothes line are provided for your convenience. The whole house has been updated and renovated: The front entrance and bathrooms; recently refurbished. For those who enjoy cooking while on vacation, the kitchen has been newly remodeled and is complete with everything necessary to whip up a gourmet meal. From the glass-top stove, the granite counter tops and the beach glass back-splash, the Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, to the spices and kitchen gadgets; it’s all there. Additionally, the kitchen and house are stocked at the beginning of the season with condiments, paper products, dish-washing detergent and the like. We only ask that you replace items for the next guest as supplies run low. Wireless internet is available for those who need to work or check email while on vacation. Cable televisions round out the amenities this house has to offer. This property is rented weekly in-season, Saturday to Saturday. Rates are very family-friendly. Check in time is at 2pm.
