Located in the prestigious Poverty Beach section of Cape May, only two short blocks from the gorgeous beaches, and a short bike ride to the center of town for shopping/restaurants! This custom home is being built on Cape May s newest block and would be an amazing rental for you and your family/friends. Walk into the beautiful "sky window" lit foyer with elevator and stairs that will take you up to the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor boasts a master bedroom with king bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity and custom luxury rain head shower, and large walk in closet. Also on this floor is a sitting area, private deck and a coffee bar. The 3rd floor also has a large guest bedroom with king bed, en suite bath (also with custom luxury rain head shower) and large walk-in closet. Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor where you will find another bedroom with queen bed and the spacious open plan main living area. The custom eat in kitchen includes luxury cabinetry, large island, quartz countertops, Jenn Aire luxury appliances and a wet bar. You ll be drawn outside to the beautiful screened in porch with outside dining table with direct access from the kitchen/dining area. The living room with TV and fireplace has abundant natural light, 2nd floor deck direct access, and spacious seating for resting after a day in the sun. From the living room, walk out onto the sunset porch and large side deck to watch unobstructed views of the striking Cape May sunsets - A perfect picture spot! Go down the stairs/elevator to the first floor which has three well appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms. This floor also has its own den with queen sleeper sofa, and access to the outside porch/cabana area. A mudroom with washer/dryer is located on this floor as well. The porch/cabana area has its own outdoor TV, a full bathroom, outside shower and a custom built inground salt water pool that can be heated, surrounded by a sun-soaked patio perfect for relaxing. For those traveling in electric vehicles, there are two EV chargers located in the 2 car garage! The house can sleep 16 people. 4 King Beds, 1 Queen bed, 2 Bunk Beds, and 1 Queen sleeper sofa. This property will do 2 and 3 night minimum rentals after Labor Day. This property will do 2 and 3 night stays beginning in October. Blankets and Pillows provided.
