Welcome to this historic 3 story, 5 bedroom, 1 bath, 2 ½ baths, DOG FRIENDLY, duplex, in West Cape May which is perfect for a beach vacation. This house was part of The Miller Farm originally located on Broadway between 3rd and 4th Avenue but was split in half with each section relocated around the corner on 3rd Avenue. The structures remain separate with each half now divided into triple homes. The house is located on a quiet tree lined street and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the screened porch. A wonderful start to your vacation in Cape May. Close to Broadway, Bella Vida Cafe and Park Blvd. And is an easy bike ride to Broadway Beach and promenade. Check out the center of Cape May with the famous Washington Street Mall and restaurants which are all within walking distance. Try out the horse drawn carriage ride, trolley/sightseeing ride, food/wine tours, sunset/whale watching cruises, playhouses, sunset beach ceremony, mini golf, Cape May Zoo and the ferry to Delaware for a Day trip. This beach home boasts all the necessities – central 1st floor Air, window air conditioners in all bedrooms, internet access, board games, washer and dishwasher, no dryer. Step inside to a large living room with flat screen TV with 2 seating areas. The living room has a table with 4 chairs allowing for games or dining. It also boasts a gas fired fireplace if required. The stylish dining room seats 10 with an extra table and chairs to seat another 4 people available in the living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and table and 2 chairs. The utility room and powder room (toilet and sink) is off the kitchen where there is the washer. There is access via the back door to the enclosed grassed back garden. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom – bath with shower above. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and smart tv bedroom #2 has a full bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. On the 3rd floor, there is one bedroom with a queen bed with powder room (toilet only) and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Blankets are provided but guests should rent or bring their own pillow cases, sheets and towels as they are not provided. AMENITIES: Inexpensive Weekly Bike Rental Shop only 2 blocks from house and free on street parking --- Touch lamps with USB and power charging points in every bedroom --- 60lb weight limit and 2 dog maximum with a per pet fee of $200.
