The third bedroom has a twin size bed with a trundle, which also has the option of converting into a king size bed. If you like spending your time outdoors, this is the home for you. There is an attached screened in porch; perfect for enjoying your summer read with a morning cup of coffee. As well as a sun deck and outside seating for 6 people to have a BBQ using the included gas grill. The entire backyard is fenced in.
