The well planned foyer doubles as a wet bar with a wine refrigerator and a double drawer refrigerator/freezer that conveniently serves guests relaxing on your private paver courtyard located right outside. This property will provide 4 Beach Chairs (offered but not guaranteed). Cleaning fee on all rentals. Tenants responsible for cleaning the grill - $100 fee if grill is left dirty!!
