This 2 bedroom second floor unit is bright and clean and features a shared washer/dryer and storage for bikes, chairs, umbrellas etc., an outside shower and one parking place. Unit includes 4 beach tags and 4 beach chairs! This quiet area has year round residents who love the peacefulness. Please respect their privacy! The owner frequents the first floor of the house weekly. Limit of 4 persons inside and 6 on the deck. Unit is located close to shopping, bay watersports and playground. If you re looking for a relaxing vacation this is the place for you!
